Act 1 – The Beginning

Welcome to our production of Premier Maltese. We are Mark and Judith Geiger of Columbia, South Carolina, the directors of a cast of Maltese stars.

“Raising the Standard” is the working script title of our show.  Our aim in breeding is to produce Maltese that we can show in AKC conformation shows.  The Maltese is a dog that when properly bred, nourished, and groomed for showing is beautiful, elegant and even regal.

Maltese are and have always been bred to be companion lap dogs.  Each of our Maltese are a part of our family and are our lap dogs and we will work hard to keep it that way.  It is not unusual at our home to have several Maltese lounging in our laps and under our desk while we work and this brings a calm to us that only a Maltese can provide.  We hope that while browsing  this site that you will sense the love we have for our Maltese.

They are our Stars and………they get in your heart and stay.
