At Premier we are always working hard to produce our next Maltese to show. In so doing along comes quality pups that need good homes.  Are you looking for a Maltese to love and to be a part of your life for many years to come?  We hope so and we hope that you are the person or family we are looking for.  At Premier sometimes our pups are 6mos or older before they are offered as pets as we are watching them to see if they will show well.  Please note that a Maltese pup of this age or even up to a year old is still just that, a pup.  A very playful loving pup.  Also note that often the pups placed younger are male pups and in our opinion they make the perfect pet.   see the JOY OF THE BOY

Our pet Maltese are bred for health and temperament and will look more like the breed type than a Maltese from a random non-showing breeder. Please note that our Maltese that are placed with an AKC LIMITED registration.  This allows you to participate in many AKC sponsored activities however it does not allow the registering of breed stock.  If we place a wonderful PET Maltese with you, it is NOT suitable breed stock.   Please see our requirements for obtaining one of our beautiful Premier babies.

• We adhere to the AMA Member code of ethics.
• No Maltese will leave our home prior to 12 weeks of age
• Please be prepared to answer many questions as to how you will take care of your Maltese and where your new Maltese will be housed.
• We recommend that you complete the reading of one of the following books:
  • The Maltese, Diminutive Aristocrat by Vickie Abbott
  • The Maltese: An Owners Guide to a Happy Healthy Pet by B. Linden
  • The Maltese by Diane Morgan
• We ask that you take the Maltese baby to a Veterinarian of your choosing within 36 hours of pet purchase

In return we promise:

• Our Maltese will have been checked by our Veterinarian, Michael Zboran, DVM
• All of our pups vaccinations are up to date
• You will receive an information packet with information on nutrition, grooming and general health care of a Maltese
• We have begun piddle pad training for our Maltese pups.
• We will always be available to answer any questions you may have and to render assistance to you when needed

We support DNA testing.
